Hayley's career started in 2002 as a production runner, then progressed to gallery assistant, to reporter & then producer which led to her producing a series of educational children's football shows which proudly won an Royal Television Society award. Given her versatility, the natural progression for Hayley led to a successfully venture in front of screen, firstly as a presenter on Sky Sports News during the World Cup year 2006, then as anchor on Manchester United TV for four seasons. As the face of MUTV she presented and produced news bulletins, daily talk shows and fans phone-In's. Interviews were also carried out weekly with Sir Alex Ferguson and Premier League players past and present.

In her time at MUTV, Hayley also presented an hourly Saturday all sports show for the channel with celebrity guests from musicians & actors to a variety of sport stars from the world of cricket, tennis, rugby, darts, etc... which allowed her to delve into researching the other sports she loves.

Long before her stint at MUTV she worked at Middlesbrough Football Club delivering lessons to youngster as part of the Football in Community Scheme, this insight into the running of a football club proved a valuable insight into what lay ahead. The demanding nature of delivering daily talks was all preparation to enable her to hold her own in a studio & on stage.

Her love of travel & career ambition led to a new role after MUTV presenting a daily live World Cup show for Al Jazeera Sport throughout the 2010 tournament with big name guests and daily viewing figures of over 100million. She has since anchored many outside broadcasts from locations around the world.

A journalist first & foremost Hayley has gained a reputation as a respectable broadcaster shying away from men's magazine shoots in order to maintain a wholesome respectable image & in turn longevity in her career.

Her popularity with viewers as a Sky Sports News presenter and a fondness for sharing obscure football trivia, has seen Hayley attract a large following on twitter.
