Hayley has experienced life both in front of & behind the camera as well as behind the scenes within the beautiful game itself. Her job has taken her around the globe reporting on & presenting some of the most high profile watched sporting events, as well as interviewing high profile sports people & celebrities along the way. She has come far since life as a production runner on 'This Morning'.

She's is now a respected, experienced broadcast journalist & RTS award winning producer who has worked her way up the industry ladder since graduating from University with a BA (HONS) degree in PR, Marketing & Journalism, later specialising in Broadcast Journalism & Media Law. She is one of only a handful of women in the UK to have anchored live football both in a studio & pitch side.

In her current role as a Sky Sports News presenter, Hayley thrives from being part of a live news environment and is regularly used to break the biggest stories, presenting the busy 5 hour popular day slot. Whilst at Sky Sports News she's anchored the daily evening 'Euro Report' throughout the 2012 tournament, was a regular presenter at the Stratford studio for the London Olympics, outside broadcast solo presenter on the League Cup, FA Cup & Champions League. She is now part of the Sky Sports presenting team on the much watched Champions League coverage & occasional presenter of Football First.

Her sporting knowledge, hard work and passion for the game has lead her to sharing a microphone & the stage with many of the biggest names in the world of sport & beyond, including Usain Bolt, Sir Alex Ferguson, David Beckham, Tony Blair, Jose Mourinho, Lord Sebastian Coe, Cristiano Ronaldo, Rory McIlroy, Sir Bobby Charlton, Dame Kelly Holmes, the late George Best & Sir Bobby Robson to name a few.

Hayley's career started in 2002 as a production runner, then progressed to gallery assistant, to reporter & then producer which led to her producing a series of educational children's football shows which proudly won an Royal Television Society award. Given her versatility, the natural progression for Hayley led to a successfully venture in front of screen, firstly as a presenter on Sky Sports News during the World Cup year 2006, then as anchor on Manchester United TV for four seasons. As the face of MUTV she presented and produced news bulletins, daily talk shows and fans phone-In's. It wasn't long before she became a main match day host on the worldwide channel, presenting live build up to Premier league, FA Cup, League Cup & Champions League games. At Manchester United Hayley was asked to front many of their commercial activities & ventured worldwide with sponsorship partners.

When not in the studio, Hayley was often pitch side & in the tunnel covering the game at every level from the first team, to reserve & youth tournaments. Her love of writing & interviewing meant an ability to research & conduct interviews for the many documentaries MUTV produced. Interviews were also carried out weekly with Sir Alex Ferguson and Premier League players past and present.

In her time at MUTV, Hayley also presented an hourly Saturday all sports show for the channel with celebrity guests from musicians & actors to a variety of sport stars from the world of cricket, tennis, rugby, darts, etc... which allowed her to delve into researching the other sports she loves.

Long before her stint at MUTV she worked at Middlesbrough Football Club delivering lessons to youngster as part of the Football in Community Scheme, this insight into the running of a football club proved a valuable insight into what lay ahead. The demanding nature of delivering daily talks was all preparation to enable her to hold her own in a studio & on stage.

Her love of travel & career ambition led to a new role after MUTV presenting a daily live World Cup show for Al Jazeera Sport throughout the 2010 tournament with big name guests and daily viewing figures of over 100million. She has since anchored many outside broadcasts from locations around the world.

A journalist first & foremost Hayley has gained a reputation as a respectable broadcaster shying away from men's magazine shoots in order to maintain a wholesome respectable image & in turn longevity in her career.

Her popularity with viewers as a Sky Sports News presenter and a fondness for sharing obscure football trivia, has seen Hayley attract a large following on twitter.
